I knew the name of every instructor: Mr. Al, Jimmy, Big Nate, Lil Nate, John, and Antonio. All these guys were there to help you as much as you want / need to be helped out and stay late if you requested extra attention. You can tell that they truly care. I struggled at the beginning and they were unwilling to let me fail at any part of the process. Do you think Road Masters would have cared that much? As for myself, I really enjoyed all of the training at Career Tech!!!! The staff and all the trainers were the best to learn from!!! Very knowledgeable about the true truck driving industry, with lots of actual over the road knowledge!! I was told by several of the staff there, that they really enjoyed having me train there with them and that put a very warm spot in my heart!!! I would with out any cause highly tell anyone who asked me where I trained, that I was trained at Career Tech in Lakeland, Florida very proudly!!!
